The Entreled project is starting its journey!

Partners in the ENTRELED project gathered in Vilnius, Lithuania on November 20-21, 2023 to officially kickstart our two-year project as part of the Erasmus+ program. The meeting was hosted by VAVM, and various sessions took place at their specialized training facilities and the LESTU office.

The consortium consists of organizations from Lithuania, Spain, Greece, and Italy. Together, their goal is to develop educational games and online training programs that focus on circular economy concepts. These resources are specifically designed for students with learning difficulties and special education needs.

On the first day, the participants delved into important project planning topics. They discussed establishing governance roles, refining timelines, and formulating evaluation frameworks and risk management plans. Partners also started brainstorming ways to disseminate their project findings and explored options for branding their outputs. During dinner, everyone had the chance to socialize and savor the authentic flavors of Lithuanian cuisine.

Day two saw in-depth discussions on the project’s key intellectual outputs: educational games and the online training program. The partners focused on clarifying the tasks each organization would undertake in creating the necessary materials and achieving milestone goals for platform development in the coming months.

The meeting wrapped up with any remaining questions being addressed and a shared lunch. Overall, the kick-off meeting provided partners with a clear understanding of the project’s objectives, coordinated the logistics of the work plan, and solidified relationships for the upcoming intensive design and piloting phase of ENTRELED.

Stay tuned for all the exciting updates and next steps of our project!
